SBS Bank has announced reductions to a range of residential floating and flexi home loan rates, with updated pricing now in effect.
The changes apply from 10th November 2025 for existing home loans entered into before 10th October, and from 10th October for new lending.
The residential floating rate has been reduced from 6.29% to 5.99%, while the residential investing floating rate has fallen from 6.79% to 6.49%.
Flexi loan products have seen matching reductions, with residential flexi loans moving from 6.29% to 5.99% and residential investing flexi loans decreasing from 6.79% to 6.49%.
The bank said interest rates remain subject to change, reflecting broader funding conditions and market movements.
The adjustments follow a period of easing pricing across parts of the home loan market as lenders respond to shifts in wholesale rates.
